INTERESTS

Aside from the thrill of live presenting, Priya enjoys the buzz of adventure travel. In May 2005 she organised and took part in a charity trek to Mount Everest and has also trekked on the Indian side of the Himalayas. She has travelled extensively from a young age, undertaking some thrilling long journeys including the Trans Siberian Railway Route and travelling across America, coast to coast in a camper van. Her extensive globe trotting has provided Priya with ample opportunity to pursue her interest in photography.

Priya has a strong interest in health and well being. She loves trying alternative therapies. From Reiki to Ayurvedic Massage and Crystal Healing, she has tried most things! Priya herself is a professionally trained holistic massage therapist.

She is also a fitness fanatic and often takes part in 10k races. She is currently training for a marathon and half marathon.

To relax Priya enjoys doing yoga, reading, painting and going to the cinema.
